A private technology and administrative coordination platform created to make cheque-dishonour matter intake, document organisation and independent advocate facilitation clearer and more structured.
ChequeBounceCounsel.org helps users record the essential facts of a cheque-bounce dispute, upload commonly relevant documents, understand the next administrative steps, and request coordination with an independent advocate. The platform may support matters involving a payee or complainant, drawer or accused, business, company, partnership, proprietor, or authorised representative.
Our role is limited to technology-enabled intake, document coordination, communication support and facilitation. We do not act as a court, government authority, debt-recovery agency or law firm. Any legal opinion, notice, appearance, pleading, advice or representation is independently provided by the advocate selected or accepted by the user.
The user submits the case facts and documents; the information is checked for administrative completeness; missing records are communicated; and, when requested, the matter may be coordinated with an independent advocate for case-specific consultation or professional services. Advocate fees, court fees, statutory charges and third-party expenses are separate unless expressly included in writing.
We aim to maintain transparent service descriptions, clear fee disclosures, reasonable data-security practices and timely communication. We never promise a specific recovery, settlement, defence result, court order or completion date because outcomes depend on the facts, evidence, parties, statutory requirements and the competent authority or court.
Provide accurate dates and upload available records for structured intake.
